Keyitec is looking for an electrical technician to provide battery maintenance and battery replacement to UPS systems in the Phoenix area

The candidate must possess comprehensive battery testing/maintenance experience (sealed and wet batteries), a track record of dealing with end-users and a history of customer satisfaction with customers in the Phoenix area.
- Pluses include: battery monitoring system experience (Alber or others), UPS maintenance, data center experience

The selected candidate will perform preventive maintenance of UPS/battery systems and battery replacement in the Valley .

Openings for Sales Managers
- Keyitec is looking for excellent Sales Managers to promote Keyitec products to the industrial/commercial/institutional/governmental markets on the east coast (openings in northeast and southeast regions) and in California
The applicants must possess comprehensive power quality/energy experience, a track record of growing businesses on the east coast by selling to end-users and contractors, of establishing strong relationship with customers and engineering firms, and dealing with representatives . No relocation. Compensation based on sales commission.
- Responsibilities include:
- Identify opportunities (new and retrofit projects), negotiate projects with customers, manage/ motivate representatives within the assigned territory. Prepare and implement business plan to grow sales substantially.
- Maintain all aspects of the on-going client relationship, generating new business, tracking all activity/progress on the account site, providing pre and post sales support for their representatives and clients.
- Qualifications/Skills/Competence:
- Proven success of qualifying customers and closing technical sales within the assigned territory (northeast or southeast states) is essential. Proven success of independently developing businesses and growing sales within the industrial/commercial/institutional/governmental markets required. Background in energy and/or power quality related technologies and equipment, demonstrated sales presentation skills a must. Experience with consulting engineers and electrical contractors is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiating skills to ensure issues are identified early and feasible solutions are developed on a timely basis.
- Ability to develop and present formal presentations to internal, external and Sr. Management groups. Must be self-directed and able to learn business and new products quickly.
- Excellent database, spreadsheet, and word processing. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Degree/Certification/License:
- undergraduate degree (in business or engineering) a plus
